Marinated beef
Cut the meat into thin strips about 1 inch.
Cut the ginger and garlic finely and mix with garlic, sesame oil, light soy sauce and black pepper to form a delicious marinade.
Mix the sliced ??meat with marinade and set aside in the refrigerator for several hours. If I am planning to serve lunch at 12, which normally will prepare beef at 9am.
